About the Fees
There are no monthly subscriptions, no contracts and no hidden fees.
Tribuo charges a competitive flat 4% Platform Fee on all transactions.
Payment processing fees are charged by our third party payment provider (Stripe) to deliver funds from donations or tips to your bank account. This is a standard 1.75% + 30cents on all Australian transactions.
Fee example: A $20 will incur a 80 cent Platform Fee and a 70 cent Processing (Stripe) Fee.
Tribuo can be completely FREE if the fees are covered by your donors or customers. Most are happy to do so.
